- To Apply to KLURMAN MESIVTA FOR BOYS:
The first step in the Klurman Mesivta registration process is to apply and be accepted by the administration as a student for the coming year. Print out and complete the following Klurman Mesivta Pre-Application Form and fax it with the necessary documents to the number indicated therein.
Students entering Klurman Mesivta from Lubavitch Educational Center's 6th grade are not required to fill out the Pre-Application Form, Principal Reference Form or Primary Hebrew Teacher Reference Form. All that is required is the Registration Application Form.

The following two forms must also be completed as part of the pre-application process. Print out and give the following forms to the appropriate individuals. The forms are to be completed and faxed to the number indicated therein.

Klurman Primary Hebrew Teacher Reference Form
Once the student has been accepted to Klurman Mesivta for the coming academic year, the following forms are to be printed out, completed and submitted in a timely manner.
